You must agree to the following Terms and Conditions in order to proceed with setting up your Pay Per View account:

 

1) I will contact Clearwater Cable or Barriere Cable within 72 hours to make payment arrangements for this and future Pay Per View purchases.

 

2) I authorize Raftview Communications to process my payment for all Pay Per View purchases for the amount specified for each movie or event.

 

3) This authorization may be cancelled at any time upon written notice once outstanding charges are paid.
