Raftview Communications Ltd. is responsible for installing the outlet to the modem and confirming connectivity.

 

The customer is responsible for the purchase and installation of a Raftview Communications Ltd. approved Ethernet card, and the installation of cables, hardware, or software on their PC or network. The customer is also responsible for their own security from viruses, hackers, etc.

 

Cable Internet modem remains the property of Raftview Communicatons Ltd.

 

Monthly subscriptions MUST be paid in advance. No payment will result in immediate disconnection. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

We do not guarantee 100% up-time. There may be service disruptions for system maintenance and upgrades.

 

The modem cannot be moved without contacting Raftview Communications Ltd.

 

The modem must be connected to the network full time. You must not turn off power to the modem. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

 

Reasonable network access is allowed. Abuse of the network through unreasonable downloading is not permitted:

 

Limits for usage for Personal Rate:

- Combined uploads and downloads limited to 60 Gb. Excess will be billed at:

The customer may not use the Raftview Communications Ltd. network to do anything illegal. Hacking is not permitted.

The customer may not set up a network, ISP or business with the Raftview Communications Ltd. network without the permission of Raftview Communications Ltd.

For your security, we recommend that you change your password on a regular basis. Please do not use your username as your password.
